Best of Shen Yun at Lincoln in June
NEW YORK COMPANY TO SHOWCASE HIGHLIGHTS FROM LAST FIVE SEASONS
Shen Yun Performing Arts will return to New York’s Lincoln Center in late June for a special selection of its very best pieces.
For five years Shen Yun has toured the world, featuring an entirely new program lineup each season. The upcoming performances at Lincoln will highlight the company’s favorite pieces from 2011 and seasons past. As always, the dance numbers, compositions, songs, projection, and costumes are all Shen Yun originals.
In January, Shen Yun concluded a two-week run at Lincoln to the sound of a standing ovation from a sold-out house. As in January, Shen Yun’s New York Company, which just finished touring North America last week, will be the one performing at Lincoln, including a live orchestra.
“If you watched us in January, you are in for a very special treat,” says Shen Yun emcee Kelly Wen. “If you missed us then, you will have an opportunity to watch the best pieces in our company’s history in one amazing show.”
The five performances, hosted by Chinese Arts Revival, will be at Lincoln’s David H. Koch Theater on June 23-26.
The box office opened to the public on May 2. See tickets for booking information.
